Onitsuka Tigers celebrating 10 years

I've owned Onitsuka Tigers for 10 years. They are my only choice of casual footwear.

My first pair were white with blue and red stripes. If I remember, I bought them from Selfridges. I was impressed by their comfort and simple style. 

Over the years, I've bought more (and more) pairs these iconic shoes (Mexico 66). Blue pairs with blue stripes, white with green stripes, white with blue stripes, white with green and blue stripes, dark grey, medium grey, pale grey... not to mention the bright yellow pair (my favourite). 

I've never thrown a pair away... just worn them less, or taken them to festivals. They always clean up better than expected, however, the leather can look a bit tired and oil marks don't come out too easily. 

To celebrate buying that first pair, I've purchased an identical pair. There has only been one noticeable change... the tread has been redesigned to provide even more comfort. Otherwise, they haven't changed the look since that first original pair. Looking forward to the next 10 years! :-) RB
