Mavic 8 - 8 Assos
What's the choice of brands when cycling? Historically, I've always bought Mavic clothing. They have a good fitting and have a simple style that works for me. For the past couple of years, I've been slowly upgrading to Assos... better quality bib shorts (less chafing on longer rides), warmer clothing in general and a more debonair style.
Today, I went for a bike ride with a combination of Mavic and Assos.

- Rain jacket x 1 (worn for the return home)
Assos
- Overshoes x 2
- Bib shorts x 1
- Vest x 1
- Outer gloves x 2
- Inner gloves x 2

- Scott jersey
- Scott helmet
- Apple Watch
I will typically wear a combination of (approved) brands short rides. However, the longer and more technically demanding rides will be Assos.
