Yellow is colour of giving

Birthday celebrations continue with a surprise birthday party in Manchester.

Pre-drinks at Vina, followed by evening meal at Fazenda, Spinningfields. Sixteen friends from University (twenty-one years since we first met in freshers’ week).

Gift cards should only be in 3 flavours: Amazon, Selfridges or Wiggle. Fortunately, my friends know me too well (and the whole 100 brands philosophy). A rather nice git card wrapped in a yellow envelope and a cycling book.
